Mobile electrical and heavy vehicle repair that comes to your fleet

Volgram LLC diagnoses and repairs commercial trucks, trailers and reefer units on site across Atlanta and Metro ATL — electrical systems, computer diagnostics, lawful ECM programming, engine and aftertreatment work. No bay queue, no tow to a shop.

Quoted before dispatch.

    24/7 dispatch

Roadside and emergency response, any hour

Live data and circuit testing, not parts guessing

Diagnostics first

The fault is usually not where the code points

A fault code is a detection event, not a diagnosis. Most repeat failures we are called out to are trucks where the code was read and the nearest component was replaced. We test the circuit and the live data first, so the repair addresses the cause.

  • Live data and freeze-frame read from every controller, not just a code list
  • Voltage-drop and load testing on the actual circuit before a part is condemned
  • J1939 network testing when modules stop reporting
  • Written findings, so the next technician does not start from zero

How we work

Three ways a job gets scheduled

Every service is mobile. What changes is how urgently we roll and how far ahead it is planned.

Emergency dispatch

Call and a technician is routed to the truck where it sits — roadside, dock or shoulder. Available around the clock across Metro ATL.

Best forNo-start, breakdown, derate on the road, a load that has to move tonight.

Scheduled on-site work

We book a window and come to your yard or jobsite. Diagnosis, repair and programming happen where the unit is parked, with no bay queue.

Best forKnown faults, follow-up repairs, jobsite equipment, work that can wait for a slot.

Fleet maintenance program

A recurring schedule across the units you nominate, with written inspection reports so repairs get planned around dispatch instead of interrupting it.

Best forOperators running multiple units who want fewer surprises and a documented history.

The process

What happens after you call

No open-ended labor and no surprise invoices. You approve the scope and the price before a technician is dispatched.

  1. Tell us what the truck is doing

Call or send a request with the unit, the engine family and the symptom. Fault codes and when it started help, but they are not required.

  2. We scope it and quote it

You get a clear description of the work and a price before a technician is dispatched. No open-ended labor.

  3. Diagnosis at the vehicle

Live data, circuit testing and load testing at the truck. We find the cause before anything is replaced, and we call you before the scope changes.

  4. Repair, verify, document

The repair is completed and verified under operating conditions, and you get a written record of what was found and what was done.

Built for your operation

Duty cycle decides what breaks

A refuse packer and a long-haul tractor fail in completely different ways. We diagnose against how the unit is actually worked, not against a generic service schedule.

  • Regional & long-haul freight

Tractors and dry vans running scheduled lanes.

  • Refrigerated transport

Reefer trailers where the load is the liability.

  • Final mile & delivery

Box trucks and vans on dense urban routes.

  • Construction & aggregates

Dump trucks, mixers and jobsite equipment.

  • Towing & recovery

Wreckers that idle on scene, then run heavy.

  • Refuse & recycling

Packer cycles all day, never reaching temperature.

Questions and answers

What fleets ask us first

Coverage, pricing, programming and what we will and will not do.

Do you come to us, or do we bring the vehicle in?
We come to you. Volgram is a mobile operation — our technicians work at your yard, your jobsite or on the roadside. There is no walk-in shop location and no waiting for a bay to open up.
What area do you cover?
Atlanta and Metro ATL. If you are just outside the metro, call and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you in a useful timeframe.
Are you really available 24/7?
Emergency and roadside dispatch runs around the clock, every day. Scheduled work such as maintenance programs and non-urgent repairs is booked into daytime windows.
How does pricing work?
Every job is quoted before a technician is dispatched. You get a written description of the scope and a price, and we call you before that scope changes. All quotes and invoices are in USD.
Do you do ECM programming?
Yes — calibration updates, programming replacement controllers, and configuring customer parameters such as road speed limits, idle shutdown and PTO settings. This work is performed in compliance with applicable U.S. law.
Will you delete or bypass the emissions system?
No. We do not install, sell or advertise defeat devices, deletes, or calibrations whose principal effect is to bypass required emission controls, and we will decline a request that would require illegal tampering. What we do is diagnose and repair the emissions system so it works as intended — which, in practice, is what resolves most repeat derates.
